Emma joined New Eagle in January 2025 as a Customer Service Representative. She is currently completing her degree in Counseling Psychology at Emmaus University, where she is set to graduate in May 2025. Prior to joining New Eagle, Emma gained valuable experience at an independent home healthcare agency, where she supported the HR team in recruiting, auditing, and scheduling.
With a strong passion for helping others, Emma is committed to learning and providing exceptional service. She is excited to contribute her skills and enthusiasm to her new role at New Eagle.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending quality time with friends, family, and her fiancé, Jacob. She is actively involved in her local church and looks forward to marrying Jacob in June 2025 as they embark on their next chapter together.
