Emma joined New Eagle in January 2025 as a Customer Service Representative. She has completed her degree in Counseling Psychology at Emmaus University. Prior to joining New Eagle, Emma gained valuable experience at an independent home healthcare agency, where she supported the HR team in recruiting, auditing, and scheduling.
With a strong passion for helping others, Emma is committed to learning and providing exceptional service. She is excited to contribute her skills and enthusiasm to her new role at New Eagle.
Emma got licensed in December of 2025 for Personal and Commercial Lines and has since moved into an Account Manger role.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending quality time with friends, family, and her husband, Jacob.
