Mike joined the team in March 2026 and brings more than 20 years of experience in customer relationship management from the wireless industry. After witnessing major shifts in that field, he chose to pursue a new path in insurance—an industry where he can continue building long-term relationships and make a meaningful difference.
Mike is passionate about helping individuals and businesses protect their assets and ensure they have the right coverage when life happens. He uses his experience to support families, contractors, and funeral homes with practical, personalized insurance solutions.
Outside of work, Mike coaches two little league teams in Earlville and at River’s Edge in Independence. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys—whether they’re playing baseball, relaxing outdoors, or out fishing together.
